Nach den Pl\u00e4nen von Georg Anton Gumpp wurde die bereits bestehende Oswald-Milser-Kapelle (benannt nach dem in Stams verstorbenen Ritter Oswald Milser) aus den Anf\u00e4ngen des 14. Jhds. durch einen Neubau ersetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Beachtenswert sind das Kuppelgew\u00f6lbe aus dem Jahr 1716 (Malereien von Joseph Sch\u00f6pf 1800\/01); der Altaraufbau, der nach den Pl\u00e4nen von Georg Anton Gumpp vom Hoftischler Sigmund Zeller aus Innsbruck geschaffen wurde; die Altar-Figuren vom Bildschnitzer Andreas K\u00f6lle aus Fendels und das Altarbild von Matthias Pu\u00dfj\u00e4ger.<\/p>\n<p>Mittelpunkt dieser Kapelle ist die Heilig-Blut-Reliquie, die im 14. Jahrhundert aus Frankreich nach Stams gekommen ist. Dabei handelt es sich um ein kleines Glasgef\u00e4\u00df mit dunklem Inhalt, das in einer aufwendigen Monstranz aufbewahrt wird.
